This two-day program initially focuses on uncovering the position of participants in relation to their own values and what they stand for.
The power of role modelling is explored with participants being helped to fully explore how they have been influenced in terms of their leadership styles and attitudes and the effect this has on their own approach to leadership.
Participants will then be taken on a journey of discovery of leadership strategies and techniques to create a high performance culture.
Understanding the common needs and motivators of their people are basic to the application of these strategies.
